Industry meeting
The Leader Investment Group team recently attended a New Zealand National Party meeting with the immigration industry, speaking face to face with guests and immigration industry professionals. The event gave industry and community representatives a chance to exchange views on New Zealand society, the development of the Chinese community, and how migrant families live and settle in New Zealand.
For a team that has long served migrant families in New Zealand, listening to the real concerns of the industry and the community helps us better understand what matters to people as they settle in, plan for their families and build their future.
Conversations on the day
The atmosphere was relaxed and open. Attendees shared their own observations and experience, with discussion covering family life after migration, community connections and cross-cultural integration. The team values every chance to meet in person, and thanks all the guests and industry colleagues who shared their views.

Team involvement
Members of the Leader team took part in the discussion and shared common concerns we hear from the migrant families we have worked with over many years. We always see professional advice in the context of real life: every immigration decision is closely tied to family, work and community.

Connecting with the industry and the community
Leader has deep roots in New Zealand. Alongside professional immigration services, the team takes part in local industry and community events, which gives us a more direct understanding of the issues that matter to New Zealand society and the Chinese community, and we bring that understanding back into our everyday work.
We will continue to support families as they plan their next step in New Zealand with a professional, careful and open approach, and we look forward to meeting more people at industry and community events.
